It’s simply a matter of flipping out the feet, extending the screen harness, and then pulling the screen up or down and locking it into place. The whole process takes less than a minute. Sensation Series Portable Projector Screens Lock Into Place

Screen tension is a major part of getting a good picture on your projector screen. A poorly secured screen can flex and bend, taking it out of line with your projector. Even if the tension is only slightly less than it should be it will distort the image projected on it. This is why having a screen that locks firmly into place is so important.
