Connect not working (no power LED)

    Possible Cause:
  • DC power.

    Solution:
  • Ensure the Connect is powered using the included power supply. Connect requires at least 12 volts DC to operate. When powered, a blue LED on the front of the unit will turn on.

    Possible Cause:
  • The control inputs are not configured properly.

    Solution:
  • Refer to the following options below for the corresponding control method used.
