LEDs are not functioning
If an entire LED strip is not functioning, check to ensure the lead wires are securely attached to the molex plug. If only a few diodes are out, please contact customer support.
My LEDs are discolored in some areas
Loose connection of the lead wires into the molex plug.
Check the colors Red, Green and Blue. If one of those colors is off, check to ensure the corresponding wire is securely attached to the molex plug.
My LEDs are not responding to remote commands
Remote battery needs to be replaced.
Replace the battery of the remote.
No power to the controller.
Check your power connection. Also check if your power supply and controller have illuminated green lights when powered.
No clear line of site to the IR Eye.
Check the location of your IR eye. The IR Eye is located on the lower horizontal frame in the center. Point the remote at the bubble side of the IR eye.
