I just installed my screen and there are wrinkles in the material. *5 Series Only*

Possible Cause
*5 Series Screens* Wrinkles in newly installed material will eventually flatten out.

Solution
Please give the material time to heal. You can place the screen in a warm room to help the material relax. If the material does not flatten out, please contact Customer Support.

Once the screen is mounted. Please give the material time to heal. You can place the screen in a warm room to help the material relax. If the material does not flatten out, please call Customer Support.


Possible Cause
*5 Series Screens* If the wrinkles are near the bezel. The trim piece will need to be removed.

Solution
Removing the trim piece will allow the material to relax if it has bunched up. Start at the corner of the trim piece you need to remove. Use caution and slowly remove the trim piece by working from the front to back. Once removed, the material should start to relax. Work the wrinkles out by sliding the snaps as needed. The reattach the trim piece. If the material does not flatten out, please call Customer Support.
