Smart Light Switch is a Zigbee 3.0 Edge Router for use in an SI shade or screen project. This product is another option for building a robust and reliable Zigbee 3.0 mesh. Each room with Zigbee shades will need a minimum of one Edge Router per room, and in the case of many shades in the same room, one additional unit for every 8th shade in the same room. This device is both a repeater and a Smart Light Switch that allow the user to control any lighting load with the TaHoma App. The device can be bound with other Zigbee 3.0 devices such as a Zigbee 3.0 Nano shades when used with a TRO.Y. Edge Routers such as this Smart Light Switch provide the control mesh which allows users to control our shading products from any smartphones, tablets, or voice assistants such as Alexa or Google. It utilizes the latest versions of Zigbee 3.0 and was designed to replace a non-Zigbee Light Switch in the home or office space. The Smart Light Switch works with the new TaHoma App which is available for free on both Google Play and the App Store. This Switch will not control or move shades.
