Status LED’s: #
There is a Red LED on the Motor Head.
OFF – Motor has limits set, but does not necessarily have a remote paired.
ON – Motor does not have limits set.
Blinking (2 slow, 1 quick) – Motor detects RTS activity.
Blinking (2 blinks, 1 second off) – Receiver Locked
Blinking (3 blinks, 1 second off) – Thermal Protection
Factory Resetting the Motor: #
This will erase all limits and paired remotes.
Use the supplied red tool to Press and Hold all 3 buttons on the motor head until the screen/shade jogs 3 times.
Pairing:
Connect the motor to power (Red LED will turn ON)
Hold the UP and DOWN buttons together until the screen/shade jogs once.
Check Motor Rotation:
Press the UP button, if the screen/shade moves down (direction is reversed)
Push and hold the STOP/MY button until the screen/shade jogs once.
Confirm motor rotation is correct.
Adjusting Limits: #
Move the shade to the current limit you want to adjust.
Push and HOLD the UP and DOWN buttons together until the shade jogs once.
Move the shade to the desired new limit.
Push and HOLD the STOP/MY button until the shade jogs once to save the new limit.
Setting new Limits: #
Use the UP and DOWN buttons to move the screen to the desired upper limit.
Hold STOP/MY and DOWN until the screen begins to move down. Press to STOP the screen near the desired lower limit.
Fine tune the lower limit using the UP and DOWN Buttons.
Hold the STOP/MY and UP until the screen starts moving up.
Stop the screen by briefly pressing the STOP/MY button. Save the limits by holding until the STOP/MY button until motor jogs once.
The screen is now in “run” mode. A momentary press of UP or DOWN will move the screen to the upper or lower limit respectively. Use to STOP/MY the screen at any time.
Reversing Motor Direction (after limits are set): #
Move the shade so it is NOT at an upper or lower limit or MY/Favorite position.
Push and HOLD the UP and DOWN buttons together until the motor jogs.
Push and HOLD the MY/STOP button until the motor jogs.
Test and confirm the motor direction has changed.
