Solo 3 Flown Kit – 575/675

Initial Considerations #

Before starting, plan your installation:

• Measure the cassette length and mark the centerline of your viewing area.

• Brackets must be installed 2″-8″ from each end of the cassette.

The standard kit includes two Solo 3 – 575/675 Flown Kit Brackets, each rated to hold 50 lbs.
If your screen weighs over 100 lbs, you’ll need a third bracket.

Warning: Ceiling fasteners are not included, as ceiling materials vary. Use fasteners appropriate for your ceiling type and load requirements.

Installation Instructions #

1. Establish Viewing Area
   Identify the vertical centerline of the desired viewing area. This will serve as your primary reference point for bracket placement.

2. Determine Bracket Placement
   Measure the full length of the cassette. Brackets must be mounted 2″ to 8″ from each end of the cassette.

   1. Calculate the minimum and maximum horizontal spacing based on cassette length.

   2. Mark bracket locations on the ceiling using these measurements, ensuring they are aligned with structural support (e.g., joists or blocking).
